A strength first approach, featuring compound lifts, along with functional movements to build full body strength and stability. Conditioning elements, including erg machines and bodyweight work, challenging both the aerobic and anaerobic systems.
WEDNESDAY lower body strength
These sessions focus on lower body push, pull, and hinge movement patterns using barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells. Build strength, power, stability, and core resilience through compound lifts and functional training.
FRIDAY upper body strength
Our Upper Body Strength sessions focus on horizontal and vertical push and pull movements using barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells. Build strength, power, and stability with compound lifts, pull systems, and functional training.
CONDITIONING
tuesday/thursday conditioning
Building a strong aerobic and anaerobic base to enhance cardiovascular performance. Workouts combine erg machines, running, and loading implements, delivered through intervals, EMOMs, and team-based efforts.

Team Conditioning sessions combine functional movements, running, and erg machines with team-based challenges. Push your limits, build fitness, and improve both aerobic and anaerobic capacity in a collaborative environment.

Conditioning sessions focus on functional fitness with partner-based challenges modeled on Hyrox events. Combine running, erg machines, and functional movements to build strength, endurance, and aerobic and anaerobic capacity.
