The week kicks off with a full-body Hybrid session that hits every angle — a mix of upper and lower, push and pull, built around the lifts that matter: squats, deadlifts, bench, and overhead press.
Next up, we move into a Lower Body session, driving strength and power through the glutes, quads, and hamstrings.
We wrap it up, finishing the week with an Upper Push and Pull — dialed in on building strength, shape, and control through the chest, shoulders, back and arms.
