WITH FULL BODY SESSIONS EARLY IN THE WEEK FOCUSING ON UPPER AND LOWER PUSH AND PULL THROUGH KEY LIFTS SUCH AS SQUATS, DEADLIFTS, AND BENCH PRESS, THE WEEK’S LIFTING IS FINISHED WITH A CHOICE OF EITHER OLD FASHIONED BODY BUILDING OR SOME POSTERIOR DRIVEN BOOTY BUILDING!

BY INCORPORATING PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD AND PERIODISATION, YOU’LL BUILD STRENGTH, POWER AND PERFORMANCE ALONG WITH
