uPPER AND lOWER body focus through key lifts SUCH AS squats, deadlifts, and bench press. incorporaring the fundamental pricinples of strength and conditioning principles, progressive overload AND periodisation - with added elements of bodybuilding to build strength, power, and an athletic physique.
CONDITIONING
Hybrid-style sessions designed to push both physical and mental LIMITs. From short, sharp intervals to sustained endurance efforts, each workout builds aerobic and anaerobic capacity. Utilising varied modalities; including erg machines and dumbbells.
